    Initial Evaluation

    During the first visit, we will go over your history, symptoms, and goals. Together, we will develop a individualized treatment plan to get you feeling better.

    Follow-up Appointments

    Depending on progress, we will meet every 2-12 weeks.

Hi, I am Dr. Hayes, a Vanderbilt University-trained doctor of nursing practice who specializes in helping women (18+) navigate anxiety, life transitions, hormone changes, mood issues, and sleep challenges. With a passion for supporting professionals, healthcare workers, first responders, and mothers, I provide tailored care to empower women to thrive in all aspects of life.

At Wildflower Psychiatry, we offer personalized care designed to meet your unique needs. From in-depth initial evaluations and ongoing medication management to supportive therapy and lab testing, every service is focused on helping you feel your best. We accept most major insurance providers in Ohio and offer self-pay options of patients in Tennessee. Please note, we do not provide ADHD or Autism evaluations or prescribe controlled medications.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

  • Wildflower Psychiatry accepts several insurances for patients in Ohio. Please reach out to verify if your insurance is accepted. Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, BCBS of Massachusetts, United, Oscar, and Oxford are accepted for Ohio Residents.

    Wildflower Psychiatry does not currently accept insurance in the state of Tennessee. Self-pay rates are available for OH and TN patients. We can also provide a superbill if needed for a PPO and accept HSA/FSA cards.

  • Credit card and HSA/FSA cards are accepted forms of payment.

  • Wildflower does not prescribed controlled medications, such as stimulants (Adderall, Vyvanse) or benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan). If you are unsure if the medication that you are on is controlled, please reach out to confirm. Wildflower Psychiatry is happy to assist with all other psychiatric medications.

  • Wildflower Psychiatry practices in compliance with the “No Surprise Act.” A “Good Faith Estimate” will be provided upon request within three business days.

  • We have a firm “no show” policy, requiring forty eight (48) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no shows are charged at the total rate for the visit.
